Now surf the web, chat, send email, or exchange photos. Print or access a shared hard drive — wirelessly. Set limits for when your kids can access the Internet. Secure your network with a firewall and strong encryption. Even use AirPort Extreme as the perfect companion to the new Apple TV.

Just 165 mm square and 34 mm tall, the new AirPort Extreme features a simple, elegant design that will fit almost anywhere — your desk, a table, a bookshelf or any flat surface.
Superfast, super-compatible.
Featuring 802.11n next-generation wireless technology,2 the AirPort Extreme Base Station is supported at its highest performance levels by most shipping Mac computers and newer PCs with compatible wireless cards. And the AirPort Extreme is also compatible with previous Wi-Fi standards — which means the Wi-Fi–enabled systems you’re already using work seamlessly with the new base station.
