PhotosForMe
recognizes that mistakes do happen. Wrong items can be dispatched
or ordered; clients can change their minds and cancel jobs.
We have tried to make our return policy as flexible as we can
to accommodate these sorts of situations.
All royalty-free discs and single image product downloaded from
the web site are returnable within 30 days.
After that time all sales are final on these items.
All returns of physical items must be in the original packaging
and have a “NON-USE OF IMAGES” declaration form
accompanying it.
The following apply to all purchases:
- No returns past 30 days
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Defective software will be replaced immediately
- All products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty
- No restocking charges apply
- Incorrectly dispatched goods will be returned at our expense
(these returns must be sent back to us using our FEDEX account
or we will not accept the charges)
