Disk Delivery
All discs will be sent FEDEX 2Day which is delivered by
4:30pm in 2 business days, to most cities within the USA.
Other destinations may vary.
If you wish to have Priority Overnight shipping within
the USA, Canada or Mexico then an extra charge will apply
depending on where you are located.
Freight will be charged for all other destinations.
Discs that have a single image
download option.
If you order a disc usually you will have access to
all the images for immediate download. If this option is not
available you can call our toll-free number 1-866-924-6500 and
request that images be emailed or put to an FTP site for you
to download.
All shipments outside the USA and Canada will be sent International
Priority.
Single Image Delivery
Single images ordered from the website can be downloaded
immediately. Simply follow the instructions on the receipt page
