We collect the following information to process online orders,
catalog requests and maintain our email lists: your name, company
name, address, city, state, country, zip or postal code, phone
number, fax number and email address. For online orders, we
also collect credit card information, but this information is
not stored on the site beyond the current session.
Account Info
When you open an account on our website we do not immediately
ask you for all the details above. This is for two reasons:
First of all it speeds your way to using the website. We understand
that time is money and we do not want to waste your time unnecessarily.
Which is also why you do not need to register (or set up an
account) to use our site like some of our major competitors.
Secondly, we respect your right not to have to give us information
if you do not wish to. Obviously we need your information when
you place an order with us so we can send your order and invoice.
We don't Sell or "Share" Information
We never sell or “share” your information with anyone
- period. That includes mailing list companies. If you make
a purchase or set up an account with us, your information does
not go beyond that point.
This means you do not have to contact us for ridiculous reasons.
A few of our competitors require you to contact them if you
want your name removed from a list they are “sharing”.
We regard that as a breach of trust in our relationship with
